The chart below shows what happened the last time they did this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rates should start going up which will help to cool this overheated seller&#8217;s market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">January 2021 mortgage rates hit an all-time low.
